SAR evaluates supplier opportunities on commercial quality, source integrity, documentation readiness, route practicality and execution fit. Public submissions do not create an offer, obligation, allocation or purchase commitment.
Qualification before negotiation
Supplier submissions must be complete enough for SAR to assess counterparty status, material availability, ownership or mandate, grade and route viability before commercial discussion.
Verification before valuation
Assays, stockpile evidence, source documents, loading-point control and chain-of-custody are reviewed before SAR considers price, allocation or execution.
Commercial parcel discipline
Chrome concentrate and chrome ROM are reviewed from 100 tonnes. Chrome feedstock is reviewed from 500 tonnes, with larger stockpiles preferred for beneficiation economics.
Material-control screening
SAR holds or rejects submissions involving possible stolen, double-sold, pledged, mandate-unsupported or unlawfully controlled material.
