SAR supports formal participation by smaller suppliers without weakening commercial controls. Chrome concentrate and chrome ROM are reviewed from 100 tonnes. Lower-grade chrome feedstock follows SAR-controlled collection, wash-plant beneficiation and warehouse staging logic from 500 tonnes.
SAR does not proceed with material where ownership, source, chain-of-custody, documentation or loading control is not established.
