Shobane African Resources

About Shobane African Resources™

A disciplined African resources company operating a structured acquisition platform.

Shobane African Resources™ receives, qualifies and routes commodity opportunities through controlled supplier intake, commercial verification, ResourceOS™ intelligence and disciplined execution workflows.

Company Position

SAR operates at the intersection of supplier acquisition, route economics and commercial execution.

Principal Commercial Buyer

SAR operates as a principal commercial buyer. Supplier opportunities pass through verification, route review and commercial classification before engagement proceeds.

Structured Supplier Access

SAR receives supplier submissions through controlled intake pathways that capture material type, grade, quantity, assay, stock evidence, source and lawful control.

ResourceOS™ Intelligence

ResourceOS™ supports internal review, route economics, risk screening, capital allocation, warehouse control and executive decision support.

Commercial Discipline

SAR is selective by design.

SAR prioritises lawful control, current evidence, route clarity and commercially defensible parcels. The platform supports smaller verified suppliers without weakening procurement discipline.

Verification before valuation.
Qualification before negotiation.
SAR prices after evidence, grade and route review.
Public intake does not create a purchase obligation.
Unclear ownership, mandate, source or loading-point control stops the process.
Capital follows the highest-quality verified opportunities first.

How SAR Operates

Public intake connects to internal commercial intelligence.

01

Supplier submits material facts

SAR captures product type, grade, location, parcel size, assay date, stock proof and ownership or mandate details through structured intake.

02

SAR screens commercial control

SAR reviews the submitted information for source integrity, documentation quality, loading-point control, material-control risk and route viability.

03

SAR classifies the opportunity

Chrome concentrate, chrome ROM and chrome feedstock follow different commercial routes and internal ResourceOS™ classifications.

04

SAR issues offers conditionally

A commercial offer is based on verified material, route economics and written SAR acceptance. Final terms depend on grade, tonnes and control checks.

Supplier Participation

Smaller supplier access starts with verified commercial parcels, not unsupported claims.

SAR reviews chrome concentrate and chrome ROM parcels from 100 tonnes. Chrome feedstock follows a separate beneficiation route with a minimum 500 tonnes submission threshold and preference for larger stockpiles. Every pathway requires current assay, live stock evidence, lawful control and route viability.
